They even got the shipping refund…

They even got the shipping refund wrong. Shipping was $10.00. I received a paper check in the mail for $7.00. The day I received the check I received an email from OCM asking for my order number. ????? My daughter has been in a constant chat with OCM since August 13. She ordered a welcome package for my granddaughter to welcome her to college. Has not received yet. Wonder when she will receive.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I would rate it…

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I would rate it a zero! I wish the college didn't promote them. I had better quality at Target/Kohl's. I tried to return an item that I ordered 4 wks ago, it was stuck in CA, and my son left for college. No one will tell me how to return and be refunded. All they said was deny the delivery and tell them to return to sender!!! Not helpful when FedEX left it on my porch. No refund yet after 6 calls! DO USE THEM!

Major customer service issues

I placed an order for two care packages: a Finals package and a Customized care package. This order also came with a free Off to College package. I chatted with a service rep who told me that I would be able to select a delivery date for the Customized care package at checkout, however I was never given an opportunity to select a date for it. I reached out to customer service immediately, they emailed and asked me for a date, and I told them when I wanted the package delivered. Several days later I was informed that the package had already shipped and there was nothing to be done. I asked for my money back but it was not refunded. The package has arrived at the school but my daughter is not even there yet. Additionally, looking at the package itemization (in my confirmation email), it is not even correct based on what I ordered.

Don’t expect to receive all ordered items

If I could, I would rate them a zero, The egg crate pad was missing from my order. I sent a message to support and did not receive a response. So frustrating as we shipped product to the East Coast, moved my daughter across the country and then discovered this. Had to spend $70 at Bed Bath & Beyond. I doubt OCM will respond or give me a credit. Do to buy from them.

I wish I had read the reviews

I wish I had read the reviews. We got what looked like a email from my daughter’s new college but was in fact just a bunch of scammy, badly produced bedding. They sent two fitted sheets. I called to ask for the flat sheets that were supposed to arrive. They did send out a new package for a 4-piece “comforter set“ which again had two fitted sheets. Now I have four fitted sheets and no flat sheet. Also quality is really yucky. They feel like plastic. Could easily get better sheets at my local target for the same price.

OCM sent out a card stating there were…

OCM sent out a card stating there were going to send free care packages to all students if you filled out the card, but if you placed an order they would send a care package without filling out the card. End of story they never sent a care package ( even though I bought one) and now say you needed to fill out a card. What a ripoff this company should be reported they have the such a scam going!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Ordered a package, some of the items did not arrive and those that did, well, were horrible. I paid for 'better quality sheets' well, they are awful. Washed the towels and the colour runs very badly. Do not use.

After their solicitation

After their solicitation, I Ordered 4 weeks before move in. In three days they said shipped. Another day it arrived. UT would only hold for a week or so. UT returned. Refund processed BUT ZERO COMMUNICATION OF THIS. So we show up expecting all the bed and bath items and nothing. SEND A FREAKIN EMAIL. HOW HARD IS IT. PROB WASTED 3 hours on this company.

AVOID

I too would give them no stars if I could!!!

Placed an order for a dorm bedding bundle --- took 3 weeks to ship despite asking for 3 day shipping and then they sent the wrong items. A pink set instead of the blue set my son had ordered! When you look at tracking it says the items have yet to be delivered!!! We had placed the order to make it easy for my son who was travelling from overseas...late and wrong items Their mistake but I am meant o arrange to send the items back from overseas!! Incompetent company avoid --- go to Walmart, Target or Kohl's instead!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This is the worst company I have dealt with EVER. I would give them zero stars if I could. Placed an order over $200 and of course credit card was charged right away.. 2 weeks later no information of shipment. When I track the order all it keeps saying it PROCESSING. Keep calling customer service and am being told shipment has been picked and packed but no one can tell me why it's not shipping. Told issue was escalated and warehouse would be advised. Being told time and time again shipment will ship soon! What kind of company does not allow you not to talk to a supervisor. All you do is call and get a different agent which are all over the country. They don't care to help.. all I got was sorry to hear this.. etc. I am told someone will call me within 48 hours.. more lies. No one ever called me. WORST experience I have ever had. I will be sure to let my daughters school know to stop advertising for this company! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. you won't get your order and THEY DON'T CARE!!! Save yourself the aggravation..
